Inserción en contextos rurales y preocupaciones de profesores principiantes

The objective of the research has been to explore the plot of the professional insertion of beginning teachers in cultural spaces of rurality. A qualitative method of exploratory - descriptive type is adopted, with the use of interviews. The results show rural contexts facilitating pedagogical initiation and teachers who, although they express common elements around the satisfaction offered by teaching, interaction with the rural student and vocational confirmation with the task, also manifest their diversity, in terms of concerns, self perspectives and ability to teach.
