The article aims to characterize the process of formative evaluation of primary school teachers in a scenario of health crisis and online education. From a qualitative methodological design and the use of semi-structured interviews, the results show teachers with conceptual management of this evaluation, recognize its pedagogical function, diversify the instruments used in the classroom and note the importance of feedback, however, they identify a series of difficulties when implementing it in this work modality.
