This article first addresses the discourse of print media necochense and its link to the stages of recovery from a local fishing company, then invites reflection about the uses of the press as a source of information on research in Social Sciences and finally makes a proposal about a possible methodological framework that includes these speeches in the analysis and interpretation of the objects of knowledge addressed.
