This article aims to describe and analyze from an ethnographic perspective the emotions, values and desires that take part of the narratives and practices of militants and workers of the popular economy in Argentina. Recovering the anthropological work on emotions I seek to analyze emotions as a “language” which involves moral judgments about what is desirable and fair allowing us to explore the substance or content of morals and politics.
