This work investigates the varied practices that the residents of the Villa Retiro City have to manage their economy and their social work. We analyze about the processes of relocation and the continuity or not of various forms of reciprocity. We examine imaginative creativity for obtaining material resources from the possession of social, economic and cultural capital. Finally, we demonstrate the State as an agent offering material resources, and in this sense the modalities acquired by the links between social actors and the State.
