In this article we address the organized experience of those working in the Popular Economy (PE). Specifically, we study the organizational struggle for decent housing, based on the experience of the National Registry of Popular Neighborhoods (RENABAP) in the city of Córdoba. It is concluded that this complex survey implied the creation of multiple regulations in order to establish legislation that guarantees a basic right for the most vulnerable sector of the class that lives from work in Argentina.
