At the light of the coup d'état in Bolivia against President Evo Morales and its possible consequences on the legal institutionality of the Bolivian Pluricultural Constitution, the author analyses the Indigenous Customary Law in force in the indigenous peoples of Latin America, and in particular its relationship to the ethnopolitical claims of Mapuches and Qom.
